No Recommendation of Courses or Training Providers
The Directory displays the information about programs as submitted by training providers. The accuracy of these details is the responsibility of the organizations which posted the information. It is the responsibility of the searcher to check all matters before starting any program.
This site lists only organizations which are members or affiliates of one of the member associations of ICETE.
Training Providers
By uploading content to this web-site, training providers grant the Evangelical Training Directory a perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and licence, with right to sublicense, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly display, digitally display, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form. Training providers agree that the administrators and validators of this site have the right to remove, edit, move or close any item at any time should they see fit.
It is the responsibility of training providers to ensure and they warrant to us that:
- The material that they provide is accurate, truthful, approved, decent and honest, and can be used legally;
- They own the copyright of the material or are otherwise entitled to use it in the Directory;
- The material does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party;
- They own or otherwise have the authority to use all trade marks, logos, trade names, the names of trade associations or quality assurance marks used in the material;
- They are entitled to publish the material and to provide the courses and training offered in the material in all of the countries in which the courses and training will be provided;
- All material submitted to us has been unconditionally approved for publication.
Training providers agree that all the information they enter will be stored in a database and displayed to the public - apart from their password and username. Also, for their safety, e-mail addresses will not be publicly displayed (though searchers will be able to send them messages enquiring about courses). However, the administrators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
This site system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies serve only to improve your capability in viewing material (such as the language you prefer to access the site). The e-mail addresses will not be passed on to other organisations, nor will they be visible to collectors of addresses.
