Description The Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies is a 2-year course of study designed to give a solid biblical foundation to those who will be working in a secular field. Students pursuing this degree can complete its requirements in 2 years if they take courses during the day. If students take courses toward this degree in the evenings, they will fulfill its requirements in 3 years. Goals of the Associate of Arts Program • To provide a basic survey of the Bible • To provide an in-depth study of Systematic Theology and Bible Doctrine • To provide exposure to the field of General Studies from a Biblical perspective • To provide a basic foundation for practical ministry Objectives of the Associate of Arts Program • Upon completion of the Associate of Arts program, the student will: • Demonstrate a general overview of the Bible. • Exemplify a thorough understanding of Systematic Theology and Bible Doctrine • Evidence an introductory knowledge of General Studies from a Biblical perspective • Practice basic foundational ministry skills
