Theory II continues to build on the basic elements of music notation covered in Prelimary Rudiments and Theory I. Many types of modes and scales are studied, as well as alto and tenor clefs, compound intervals, augmented and diminished chords, dominant seventh chords, imperfect cadences, melody writing, transposition to concert pitch, and various score types. |
